Can I change or cancel my order once submitted, even if I've made a duplicate order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once you have made payment. After the order has been paid for dispatching process begins immediately.
That's why we strongly advise customers to check their order details before completing the check out process.
If you have placed an order have not yet made payment, your order will automatically cancel after 14 days.
